The culmination of the Elysium three week destination wedding travel ended with Emily and John’s gorgeous wedding at the St. Regis Resort on the beautiful island of Kaua’i. The island is home to Mount Waialeale, it’s summit is the rainiest spot on Earth, yet the clouds parted and made for a spectacular day! This super fun three day event was planned and coordinated by none other than Carolyn Chen of The Special Day. Carolyn designed the perfect day from the beginning of the planning process, it seemed so ethereal, the all white design decor truly set the mood for the reception. We also had a great time shooting alongside our friend Aaron Delesie, who I’m sure captured some amazing images. Emily and John’s wedding events were a blast to shoot and their awesome crowd of family and friends made it that much better.
